Perhaps you are aware that during the recent Factory Visit of Ludlow Jute & Specialities Ltd, company insisted for Affidavit duly signed by Notary Public. For the said Affidavit, we have to incurr at least Rs.100/-for completion of the same i.e. purchase of Non Judicial Stamp, Typing, etc. In addition to that you have to be present to put your signature for identification.
So we have requested them that take an undertaking from the shareholders, as many companies like Tinplate, Wire & Fabriks, and not to insist for Affidavit with Notary Public.
Again all of you know that La O pala has distributed gift to the shareholders who were present till last of the AGM of 2017. As a result most of the shareholders were deprived from gift, although they were present at the AGM. We therefore requested the management to distribute gift to all shareholders, who will be present at the AGM.
In the previous year, we had requested the Management of Speciality Restaurant to distribute their own product at AGM and ultimately they had distributed their own product, as per our request. We had also requested Management of Allahabad Bank to discontinue the practice of accepting not more than 3 attendance slip during AGM/EGM. Ultimately the Management of Allahabad Bank agreed to accept 5 attendance slip at a time from the previous year.
