3RD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Kolkata Welfare Association of Small Shareholders

We are pleased to announce that 3rd Annual General Meeting of the members of Kolkata Welfare Association of Small Shareholders will be held on 8th June, Friday at 3pm at Rammohan Library Hall, 267, APC Road, Kolkata 700 009 (Sukhia Street Bus Stoppage) at 3pm sharp. All Members are requested to present at the AGM well in Advance. Individual intimation will be sent to each and every members in due course.
Besides our members, the persons who are interested to join our Association, may also come to become a member on the spot and may be allowed to join at the AGM

Get together Program of Vesuvius India Limited to be held on 19/5/2018

You are aware that Shareholders Get together program of Vesuvius India Limited is scheduled to be held on 19/5/2018 at their registered office. The company insisted for Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- duly attested by Notary Public. We feel that this is purely an unfair approach of the Management. We take up the matter and requested the management of Vesuvius India Ltd to take self attested Affidavit and waive the chapter of "attested by Notary Public". But we are sorry to inform you that Management send us one email and said that they are not in a position to accept our request. It clearly reflects the attitude of the Management of Vesuvius India Ltd towards their shareholders.

Get Together Programme of Vesuvious India Limited on 19/5/2018

You are all aware that Vesuvious India Limited is going to conduct a Get Together Programme for the Shareholders, who has joined AGM at 2017 & 2018. The Company has already send letters to the eligible Shareholders for the said Programme. But it is observed in the letter that they have insisted for duly executed Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs 10/- duly attested by Notary Public. We feel that as it is merely a get together of shareholders and company specifically mentioned that there will not be any factory visit, the question of attestation of affidavit by Notary Public is not at all justified. We have already send a request to the Company to take only a declaration by the shareholder, instead of duly executed Affidavit attested by Notary Public. On getting any response from company, we shall intimate the same to you.
