4th Annual General Meeting of the Kolkata Welfare Association of Small Shareholders

The 4th Annual General Meeting of the Kolkata Welfare Association of Small Shareholders was held on 14th June, 2019 at Rammohan Library Hall, Maniktala, Kolkata- 700 009 and about 150 members was present at the AGM.
The Secretary of the Association Mr. Asish Majumdar started the meeting at around 3.15 pm with his speech about the need of formation of such an Association. Then the President of the Association Mr. Somnath Banerjee discussed about the functioning and activity of the association. He also reminded the responsibility of the member towards the Association. Thereafter the Vice President Mr. Syamal Moitra discussed about the notice part and discussed  about the need of two special resolution for the benefit of the Association and thereafter the members passed all the resolution with absolute majority.
The following members came to the podium to deliver speech viz Mr. Biswajit Sinha, Mr. Ramgopal Chakraborty, Mr. Jatindranath Ghosh, Mr Krishnendu Das, Mr, Deb Kumar Bhattacharjee, Mr Asit Pathak etc.
The meeting concluded at around 5 pm with vote of thanks. A Gift pack was distributed to all members attended  at the AGM as a token of love.
The following members has given their time & energy at absolute level to make the meeting a grand success and the Association is very much grateful to all of them for such wonderful job.

We are pleased to announce that the 4th Annual General Meeting of Kolkata Welfare Association of Small Shareholders will be held on 14th June, 2019 at Rammohan Library Hall, 267 Acharya Prafulla Chandra Road, Maniktala, Kolkata- 700009 (Sukhia Street Bus Stoppage ) at 3pm. All members are requested to attend the Meeting positively.
Members who have not yet renewed their membership, can also join the AGM, after renewal of their membership at the spot.
Persons, who like to become our new member, can also come and join our AGM after completion of the Membership Admission Form on the spot.
